Over 2000 souls have been saved here in Portland in the last 19 weeks!!!  I just wanted to share this awesome testimony on our website…

We are so excited here at Destiny Christian Fellowship that we get to be a part of an amazing Awakening that is happening here in America and all over the world!

Our Pastor, Joel Hjertstedt was invited to go to Florida this last April to see and experience what is happening there with Rodney Howard Brown’s “evangelism explosion.”

Since January of 2011, 100,000 people have been saved through the way the Lord directed him (Rodney Howard Brown) to reach the lost.

When Joel and a team from our church went there they received a

“FIRE with a DESIRE” to go out on the streets of Portland and do the same..

Thus, Operation Liberty was birthed.  This is a team led by a wonderful and “on fire” couple from India, Vishaal and Annie Behl.

They are now training and teaching people from our church and other churches how to lead people to the Lord!  Everyone is so excited every Sunday morning there just isn’t enough time during the service to hear all of the testimonies..

There are awesome stories the team continues to share of people from many different backgrounds (including atheists) that are coming to know Jesus.

People with cancer, lupus and other sicknesses and diseases have been miraculously healed!!!

.. and it’s still happening as I write!  All I can think about right now is when Jesus said, “This Gospel (GOOD NEWS) of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world.. and then..”
